my cat wont use her litter tray help?
my cat had her first litter of kittens(unexpectedly) on sunday now since then she has not used her litter tray she keeps pooing on my bed or my daughters bed, we have cleaned the litter tray and even put it in the room with her and her kittens but she still chooses to use our beds she has never done this before she has always been good with using her tray but since the kittens arrived she just don’t want to use it. we are having her spayed as soon as her milk has all gone as we really didn’t want a litter in the first place but really need help with this problem now if anyone has any ideas ide be most grateful

What did you clean the tray with? Some cats will not use litter trays if they have been cleaned with Lysol or Clorox. If you’ve used this, you might need a new tray.
put the kitten in the litterbox so she gets to know it. My cat just went by instinct. maybe is the litter, or the smell of it that doesn’t attracts her attention. maybe you should buy another brand. but either way, some kittens need to be train to use the litterbox some don’t. just take her to it, and when you see her doing her business tell her no, and put her in the litter and pet her there. so he’ll know she’s suppose to go there.
